I have bought a new Kelvinator Refrigerator on 6th of May and within 1 week my fridge stopped working.
I called the customer care and they gave me a case number(HYD1205130228) with a phone number of a person(Nagesh – 9989683276) who will check my fridge within 2 days.
The person came on the second day and told us that they will have to replace the compressor and need 1 week to do that.
Nagesh then gave another phone no. saying that he is his head and he will take care of replacing Compressor.
His name is K Venkata Charaya-9849513204 .when we called him after 1 week he made excuses and asked for 2 more days.
And there after its been more than 2 weeks and Im clueless when my fridge will be repaired.
Everytime I call I dont get positive response.
Please Look into the matter as soon as possible
