Unauthrosid deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: madhubani biiar&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: uninor mobile</p>I am kanchan kumari w/o santosh kumar tiwari from sagarpur madhubani bihar.my complain is my mob no is 08877935401 .when i recharge my mob amount deduct . When i call costmer care they ignore my complain. They says you self actavite caller tunes ,jocks pack, mobile radio etc. but i never subscribe any VAS.
Please solved my problem shortly .and deactivate all service on my mobile.Refund all deducted balance amount in my mobile
