Hi,
I have purchased Xperia-Z C6603-1.3 Sony Ericsson mobile on May 21 in Sangeetha mobile store, i have started using this mobile very next day onwards, i have observed my mobile is not charging, no charge and no power. i went sony serrvice center, i.e Sonnet care there sonnet care people told i will get the replacement for the same mobile.thay took my signature and gave one reciept. i have waited for that reciept around 6 hours, and at the end finally i put my signature and collected the reciept.But i came to home and i checked the reciept thay changed the model number, Actual moder no is Xperia-Z C6603 and they mentioned C 6602.
i was shocked and called to the sonnet care but they are not responded properly.
i did not used the sony xperia – z c6603, simply i have paid 38,300 rs.
please register my complaint and take actio on this, for any questions plase call to my number.thanks
