1. I BOUGHT A LG WASHING MC LAST OCT.ON 18 MAY IT HAS DEVELOPED SOME DEFECT IN WATER INLET PIPELINE
2. IMMEDIATELY I LOGDED A COMPLAINT WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE AND GOT A COMPLAINT NO RNA 130518032801 BUT TILL DATE NO REP HAS CONTACTED US FOR THE REPAIR THOUGH WE WERE PROMISED THAT SOME OF THEIR REP WILL CONTACT US AND REPAIR IT IN 24 HRS.
3. I CALLED UP LG CC ATLEAST 5 TIMES BUT I GOT ONLY PROMISES NO ACTION.
4. FINALLY I GOT IT REPAIRED LOCALLY BY PAYING 100 RUPEES.
5. IN VIEW OF POOR SERVICE AND FALSE COMMITMENT PROVIDED BY LG I WOULD LIKE SUE LG AND CLAIM ATLEAST 10,0000 TIMES THE AMOUNT I SPEND.
