Sir, I Biswabhusan Parija want to inform you that Before two months I had purchased a air cooler Mode-Symphony Diet50i . Now the moving system is troubling me due to that I have placed a complaint on 18.05.2013 at symphony service center . They have sent me a SMS Your complaint No. SRS-18E13002 & Mr Santanu Kumar Jena Will contact you but still no respond . I have rewarded only mental harasment from eight days . So please sir look after it in priority basis .
