Wrong deduction of balance

I have a uninor prepaid connection.ie 9890207593….0n 21st of may some service called music unlimited got activated automatically…i called customer care and deactivated the service….They said it will be done in 48 hrs…. and refund will be given…now after 48 hrs… uninor is blaming me for it and saying that i activated the service which is totally wrong..i kindly request you to please look into the matter…
