voltas service center not attending complaint even service charge already paid

Sir,
I live in Kanpur City Uttar Pradesh.I have a split air conditioner of voltas company.From few days before it starts creating problem of cooling.So i filled a complain a to one of voltas service center in kanpur which is named as SMART HOME CARE SERVICE with the address 128/10,G block,Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur.They promise me to resolve the problem in 24 hours.But any of their technician didi not come to solve my problem.I kept daily calling to them.But they continuously giving me false promises.After a long frustrating 10 days one of their technician came to my home and attented my complain.he took his service charge and did not do any thing and promise me to send the another technician who will be able to solve my problem.Till then i am continuously calling to service center but they still did not send his men.They have already charged Rs 450 as visiting charge but my problem remain unsolved from last 20 days.I am highly furstated and feel gilty on my self.So i request you to please neccassary action against the sevice center.
I am providing the need full information that i recieved from them.
