TICKET BOOKED FROM MAKE MY TRIP on 13 april 2013, Journey date 15th may 2013 INDIGO AIRLINES FROM JAMMU TO INDORE , TICKET AMOUNTING 18798/-, PNR NUMBER HRWSLP Special request was registered with Customer care for assistance as passenger was my wife , old mother and one infant my son were traveling for the first time, no aasitance was given . Flight from Jammu was delayed the intimation of which was not given and thus the next flight from Delhi to Indore was missed and , when asked they simply showed no show. Staff didnt coperated and for the night family was under turmoil till they rebooked the ticket with jet for next day morning. This mode of transportation was chossen because mother is old and , infant is uffering with cogenital heart desease and has under gone surgery for the same. More than money , i am concerned that Airline must realise the mistake and this should not happen with other such passengers. PNR for Jammu to Delhi was LS16CP
