I have taken a new airtel internet postpaid connection in the month of May 2012. Last week,on 7th June 2012, I tried to connect to the internet but failed to connect it. I called the customer care executive next day, and they informed me that since there was no customer verification my connection is temporaliy disconnected. As per my knowledge,customer verification is part of the work of the company, and I shouldnot worry about that, when I have submitted all my documents. On friday, the customer care executive informed me that it will be resolved by Monday. Monday, again I called the customer care executive and they raised a customer service number (44102754) and told me that it will be resolved by 13 June 2012 till 4pm. When i called the customer care executive today ( 13th June 2012) they informed me that, allthe information which was given to me was wrong till now, and they provided me with another number. I just wonder, how many number shouid i call and keep repeating my problems. Feeling helpless. Dont know the way out. How can I resolve this?
