I HAVE PORT MY BSNL NO.(9467635976) TO VODAPHONE POSTPAID. NOW I HAVE FACED FOLLOWING PROBLEMS:-
1. WHEN I HAVE PURCHASE SIM SERVICE PROVIDER PROMISE TO GIVE ROAMING PLAN ON MY NO. BUT AFTER ACTIVATION THERE IS NO. ANY ROAMING PLAN.
2. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BILL FROM PURCHASE OF SIM TO TILL, MANY TIMES I HAVE REQUEST TO COSTUMER CARE AND VODAPONE CARE BUT THERE IS NOT ANY SOLUTION AND NOW MY NO.SERVICES IS STOPPED WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION.
3. WHEN PURCHASED OF MY SIM FROM DEC. 12 LAST AND TILL 23 MAY 13 I HAVE PAID 1500 RUPPES BLINDLY IN ACCOUNT OF VODAPONE WITHOIUT KNOWING BILL AMOUNT.
