illegal bill claim

Location/place: VADODARA

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO/Internet

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had a tata docomo postpaid internet connection 1 year back, I closed several times this connection by giving application & due amount to tata tele service.I astonished everytime they commit that this service will be stop but unfortunetly they send bill after sometime, while I am not using any service from them & If I denie to paid that they send legal notice to me from a local lawyer. I am feeling very helpless, pls. help me to stop this crime by Tata Docomo.
