Exchange of purchased clothing not done by the shopkeeper after promising.

I had purchased a shirt from R.D. Selection(Consignee agent of Donear

Industries Ltd. – Retail Division), OPP. BOMBAY PLAZA,

CHITTORGARH(RAJASTHAN)-312001 with Memo No. JVJV-0000147 in cash Dated:

16-05-2013 and Item code particulars as 015119455/SHIR, Quantity=1,rate

after discount and VAT = 764.15 INR.
“In case if size matters item will be exchanged within 7 days from

the date of purchase”- as told by the Shopkeeper.

After the date of purchase I had visited the shop and also had called

the shopkeeper three times within 7 days from the date of purchase but

due to his son marriage he was not opening the shop and because of this

I am unable to exchange the purchased item.

Also, on calling him for the third time, he was using abusing language

and shouting on me. and finally told me that he will not exchange the

goods as promised at all.

so, if possible please help me and do necessary action against the

shopkeeper.
