BSNL Customer Care Service is like worthless

Location/place: Katlicherra , Dist- Hailakandi , Assam 78861

I have recharged my Mobile No- 9401431213 with STV Rs. 135 on 17.05.2013 but I have got Validity of 1 day after that i have recharged again on 20.05.2013 again i have got validity for 1 day. What is this ? I made complain under BSNL Complaint link but no response then i made call to BSNL Customer care. but no response. Bsnl coustomer service is worthless
