Name of company/service: Ortel Communications
The below are the problems I am presently facing due to sticking around with services of Ortel Communications, Bhubaneswar. It would be appreciated if the problems are resolved in accordance to Consumer Compliant redressal System.
1- First of all I had asked for shifting of my STB to a new address. I had communicated a date of 5/05/2013, but the connection was done on 12/05/2013 evening. This was after continuous follow-up with your CC Exec That shows the Service level disagreement of 7 Days. The compliant Numbers are: 2525939 (5/5/2013),2530366 (8/05/2013), 2534381 (11/05/2013)
2- As communicated with Mr Ganesh Biswal, I asked him for waiver of those 5 days as he confirmed that connection will done on 10th, but no further words neither he has answered the phone post that.
3- While applying for the shifting, in your office post completion of all formalities, I had disconnected one connection for which an refund was supposed to be done of Rs630 (Rs 1000 minus Rs330). It was asked to be adjusted in the post coming bill, which again has not yet materialised.
4- On 15/05/2013, I lodged a compliant that the wire/cable from the pole from where the connection has been drawn it has fallen on the road and kindly look if a concealed wiring can be done as the flat is having provisions. But as per the compliant number C2539335 (15/05/2013), as per your records it is showing rectified, but not yet.
5- As per the technical person who visited on 12/05/2013, he confirmed that a department looks after the concealed work, which the CC people are unaware and unwilling to take request or confirm it from their seniors.
6- Even if I try to reach the nodal officer Mr. Dibakar Das through mail of telephone , I have not yet got a single response from him.
7- A CC executive (Kiran) denied to provide the Interaction Number/ Compliant No on 17/05/2013 , when I called regarding the adjustment of the refund money.
For every point stated above when raised to a CC Exec, I am asked to visit the office. If for every compliant registered & follow -ups one has to visit your office then I would like to ask what is the need of such Ill- Trained Customer Care.
