Hi Sir, This is regards to case id Sony Support Email 8486317 [case:8486317.
The laptop was purchased considering International Warranty however the complaint was locked on 30Apr’13 with Case ID : 8486317 unresolved.
The response from [email protected] is unacceptable, they wanted to downgrade to Win7, reinstall with recovery CD with some cost. This is really not acceptable for issue which is Hardware why do we need to pay additional amount for software.
On request, we have got the system reinstalled with Win7 and yet the display is not showing instead it is visible on external TFT.
I am neither getting correct response from India support nor from France.
Kindly guide me for further course of action.
