I ordered a gift pack which includes Micromax A50 on 4th May from website http://www.Kounsa.com/.
The order which was supposed to get delivered on the same day is not delivered yet. When I called, they said it will get delivered soon.
I called them many times from 10th May to 21st May, but they didn’t take any action, my order is still pending with them.
It’s very irritating; whenever I call them they say order is on the way.
They are fooling us. They have not even refunded the amount.
Now it’s not only about money, I want to take strict action against them so that they realize their mistake.
