I bought Lenovo laptop ( my biggest mistake) on 9th March,2013, ,model no is Z580 59-347586 and S/N : QB06376954 from SAHARA COMPUTECH,KORAMANGALA.
The supplier is such a fraud person.He said he will provide the extended warranty within a week of purchase but after going to his shop around 10 times he provided the pack that too after two months.
Along with it he gave an antivirus CD of McAfee saying after the trial version period is over you can use the Product Key inside to activate your product again. On the CD itself it was written “COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 7” . So we asked him regarding this issue, he said we have to download a patch from internet and it is become compatible with Windows 8. When the trial version expired and I tried to install it again with the product key,I was unable to do that. Again I had to go to his shop then the supplier & his sales men were not even listening to me.After shouting they took away the CD which they gave earlier & tried to install the patch and install McAfee Again even they were unable to do that. So the salesman installed a pirated version of AVG antivirus in my laptop.
Such a bad experience. The Shop owner convinces you by saying some or the other thing and when you go to his shop with a problem he denies saying this is not possible.
