I had purchased a double door refrigerator, model # RT29CDUX of Samsung, on 02 June 2011. It worked fine for over one year and started giving problems.
In the last 3-4 months, we have logged 8 complaints with the Samsumg call center and have paid service charges of INR 250 almost every time. Samsung engineers have said that the problem is resolved almost every time and the last time they refilled the gas as well costing over INR 1000. The last complaint got resolved by Samsung engineers on 5th May and I am facing problems once again on 18th May. I have logged the complaint once again but I not only having doubt on the capabilities of the engineers but also the Samsung refrigerators.
I would take up this matter in the consumer court now and want to get clarification from Samsung on the quality of products they are manufacturing.
