fraud by tata teleservices and deepak batra

I was using tata photon for the past 1 year and wanted to stop using it as it was rubbish.

so I cleared all my dues and got a full and final settlement letter from the company.

2 days ago I got a call from the soochna vibhag of delhi tis hazari court and a pimp calling herself as anjana sharma told me that a case has been filed against me by a deepak batra and I have to contact my lawye rakesh sharma .
they say I have to pay an amount of rs. 1100 which is due but in the final settlement letter it is clearly stated that this is a waiver for me and I don’t have to pay it now.

but the company has filed a so called case and I’m getting these harassment calls .
my acc.t no is 9266662648.
I have all the mails and messages sent by the company.

now Im going to take them into court for mental harassement.
please provide the necessary help.
