Unresanable reparing fee charged

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Barrackpore lattbagan flat no.29/14&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Nokia care</p>I have been asked to pay a reparing fee charge of nearly Rs1300 just for removing mouister.Now anyone who is a seansable person could easily understand their greed to earn more by fooling pepoe in the name quality standard servicing fee, the entire nokia care is only for the name in actulity it is doing nothing but looting the the poor nive coustoumers of their hard earned money.if one tryies to enquire they give answers which is often fabricated or misliding half truth & say that we have just charged you for the servicing of your handset! On being asked to talk toi the higher official he too is no less uncooperative & ridig like his fellow co-workers.hence i have decided to comnucate to you regarding the exagrated service fee.
I have haerd a lot about the impact of consumer forum regarding the delevery of justic to the consumer,i hop you will take up my matter to the conserned authrouties & justice shall be done to me in due time thankyou.
