Name of company/service: Yepme.com
I had a placed an order with Yepme.com on April, 12th, 2013. I received the order on April 15th, while receiving the order i was not allowed to open the package and check the product but was asked to make the payment, which i did. When i opened the package i realized that i have been sent wrong product, i made several complains via mails and calls to Yepme but till now (have been almost 2 months) i have not received the right product nor have they returned my money.
Pls look into this matter, in the age of online shopping its a shame the way Yepme treats their customer.
