Here I would like share the experience with Triad and igrid consulting
Triad Infotech PVT Ltd
Traid Infotech is training institution, If you enter into Triad you can see some wall posters person worked in Microsoft wrote books and so on… Karthick , he is person who worked on Microsoft , now he is running these two organization with fame of Microsoft, First I would like to tell about center , they usually charge 60,000 per person to teach SharePoint with 100% placement with corporate trainers.
Students
The person who already working in any of the organization , not going to face any problems, because they have jobs also they going to learn very basic thing only… You can find more details on trainers section on this point. Those who don’t have jobs they would like join some course and find some jobs. For them these people will say no need of program knowledge for SharePoint administration of course we don’t need much code knowledge for SharePoint administrator, If you take any organization hard they will have one or two SharePoint administrator only, So that no use of trusting their words. Also In organization their environment is all farm level but in training center they don’t have any farm, every machine (totally 10 pc) is standalone so from the stand alone how you learn SharePoint administration ? In Interview recruiter will ask you about the real time scenarios because they won’t give the servers to those who know very basic things, so that they will ask you about real time scenarios obviously you can’t answer for their question you can’t find any real time scenario from this organization. Now let’s come to Development part, In SharePoint we have lots of things but they will teach you about very basic things (CRUD Operation with list ) nothings else , no custom workflows, no web services, no excel service, no visio service , no user profile service and so on… because the trainer also don’t know. The person who roams with Microsoft fame, he never and ever trains you, he always trying to get some projects for their organization.
Corporate Trainers
Trainers are a person who already learn SharePoint course in Triad institute, means you come to know whether they corporate trainers or not!!! People who have joined SharePoint course without any job , After completion of their course, if they perform somewhat better means they will keep them with their organization with salary of 5k, So here 100% placement statement comes true. So the corporate trainers are ready for their organization for their next batch.
Employee
Employee is a person who joined for SharePoint course and became a developer as well as trainer
Project Standards
You can ask them about which methodologies you are using ? If you see their coding standards and coding style, you will literally ask them do you know how to code? You can’t find any experience from there , Karthick is a person who won the project with Microsoft fame , after that he will be working on that project for initial stage then he will put other employees( trainers, developers fresher’s) in the project and he will search for other projects, If any problem came he will ask the issue from the developers and he trying to convince the client but not giving solutions for the issue
Project Quality
There is no dedicate QA for this organization, The person who develop the project he has to test it, Now you can analyze their quality, I am not telling about developers, I am also a developer, Developer mindset and QA mindset is different , So that If QA is there they will help to developer to think in different way. It is impossible over here, so that you can easily find about their quality
IGridConsulting
Literally another name of Triad is iGridConsulting , They running this company for sake of IT development center nothing else , this is only for client purpose and their taxation purpose nothing else
HR
No one is like that , you can find some executives they are part time employees of triad or igrid
Management
Great management !!!!!! they ask money to provide papers to their own employee, If one employee is relived from the organization means other employee should not have any contact with the employee who relieved from the organization because these employees should not get aware about current market
For those who people wants to learn SharePoint, I can suggest you be a self-starter in online there is lots materials are there MS provide virtual labs and lots of other virtual labs are also there you can easily find it, Still If you want any training ask your company to arrange a corporate training from good organization, For those who don’t have jobs , Please go with some quality centers 60,000 is not simple one, don’t waste your hard earned money to their. You can also be a self-starter, All organizations looking for person who is been self-starter, If you are a self-starter you are
