company is not replacing the bulb

sir i have purchased tata swach purifier bulb at 30 January 2013. but bulb is not working from forth day of purchasing. i complain at company toll free number continually. but company is not taking any action.last three complain number is 206206, 203966, 208677. my contact number is 8090209795
