pan card not received

Name of company/service: e mudra(pan card services)

I have applied for pan card online through the website http://www.emudhra.com/pancard/ and have done payment of 200rs. They have messeged me for recipt of form and payment and said my pan card has dispatched on 04/05/13 but i have’nt received it yet. And there customer care number. I want it as soon as possible because i have applied for a exam which requires pan card as a id proof.
