i bought the Datawind Ubi Slate 7 C+ Tabalet (Aaksh 3) from your firm via ebay by paying a sum of Rs 5,200/-. I got the tablet on 25th of January 2013. The device was working fine as they assured. On 4-02-2013 i found the device was not getting on and dead. This issue occurred 2 to 3 times in previous occasions. But this time it was completely dead. At that time itself i called on the customer care number ” 01832581330 ” which was in the grantee card and spoke to a person and after taking my details he told to mail the address to my mail id to the place where i have to the sent the device for claiming the grantee.i sent the device on 6-2-13 to the following address “Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd,
Dhan Dhan Baba Deep Singh Ji Complex,
563 East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar-143001” and till now i havent got the device back and every time i calls they are saying some usual same excuses like the device will be despatched soon and will reach by 7 or 10 days. Please consider it as a serious issue as do the needful as soon as possible.
