sir,
i am purchased a mobile MICROMAX CANVAS HD A116 in the date of 29/3/13, purchased in Tirupur paradise, palladam road, tirupur-641604, their no :0421-4323615.
After purchased on one month back, my mobile had a complaint, so i gave it to Micromax service centre for service, in the date of : 15/4/13, Call reference :152, mobile complaint has ‘Sim not working’,
They said, we would send your mobile to Delhi, for service, after 10days back you may collect your mobile, but now nearly one month passed till the date they didn’t ready my mobile, no of times i am contact them through mobile & directly, they said yet this time your mobile not arrive! Again and again they said the same answer. Their name CLASSIC ELECTRONICS, Tirupur. Phone: 0421-4325303.
So i am contact the Micromax Delhi customer care service (no:18605008286), they gave me the complaint no : 0205139963, and said after 7 working days back you may collect your mobile, but after their answer, now 14 days passed till now i didn’t received my mobile,
More than 5 times i am send a mail to them, and no of times i was contact the customer care through telephone, all are my effort has to be nothing at all, i am totally disappoint and upset about their service, for anyhow getting my mobile spend much more time for this problem in nowadays, then spend lot of money for phone calls, but everything gone to be vain,
I didn’t see in my life these type of cheating people & cheating services,
sir please, please, please…. find any solution for my complaint, sir I am completely believing you, and expect the action of my request.

    Don’t go to this service center. Worst response………..

    First I have given my micromax a57 phone for not working complaint @ chennai main micromax service check point. They told that there may be a problem in board, it will cost around Rs. 2000. I have got the phone and again I have given the mobile in this beautiful service center “Orbit micromax service center, Tiruppur”. They have got it on one friday and given the job card and they told by monday you can get it. By monday I have called them they told next monday can get it, likewise many monday gone(one month).

    Then finally one day went and asked them, they told me to wait for few minutes. I was waiting around 3 hours and I went inside and told to the owner(I think). He got the job card then went inside and again he came back with my mobile. He gave my mobile to me without saying anything he tore the job card infront of me and simply went. Again I called him and asked what is the status he told that the phone wont work, board is out.
