Suspect a fraud since product delivery is continuously delayed

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: www.kaunsa.com

I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos on 8/04/2013.
Full payment of Rs 18640/- was made through debit card on 8/4/2013.
Product delivery date as promised was: 23/04/2013.
Product has not been delivered yet(16/05/2013) and no shipping details or satisfactory answer is being given to me either on mail or phone by their customer care. I suspect a fraud has been committed towards me. I have been in touch with their customer care but it is of no help.
