WRONG PLAN IS ACTIVATED ON MY MOBILE 9818583886 and adjustment of his bill

Hi,
This is Awadhesh Kumar and I had Airtel prepaid No 9818583886. Before two month I had apply for Mobile no portability (because I was getting better plan in Vodaphone), then Airtel executive call me and given plan 199-CUG(Special Value plan), which is for corporate customer and then one Airtel executive came to office and given me new SIM. I had provide necessary document for that(my Employee ID, and etc). But on my mobile no. 199 some other plan is activated. I have sent request many time to provide me correct plan 199-CUG(Special Value plan) and also adjust my bill according to this plan. But till now I have not got any solution of this problem.
