Name of company/service: Vodafone/ mobile bill

I bought galaxy grand and there was a offer of 2GB free net for 2 months each by vodafone company… they gave me 2GB free net on the first month… for next month i asked on their customer care number (198) about my data plan.The operator informed me that there was 2GB of data available on my plan and you can use it. I asked him thrice and he said you can use it. I made this call on 21st april 6:12 pm.
But at the end of the month they charged me 2443 rs for data consumption. And this charge on data started from 18th april. when i complained on their store, they accepted their mistake and register a complain. After 3-4 day i received a call from vodafone company stating that their is no problem in bill and you have to pay the bill. When i said about the wrong information provided by the operator then they denied it saying that there was no false information provided. I ask them to play the recording of my conservation with the operator, then they said it is against their company’s law. They started making fun of me saying you provide proof that you ever talked to any operator.
I kindly request you to look into the matter.
