i placed an order-10609914 for Videocon Direct Cool Refrigerator 80 litres (Silver). the shipment date was supposed to happen on 9th of may and the delivery on 14th of may. the tracking system is way out of time.
firstly, just at the time of shipment i got to know when i called up that the product is unvailable.(what were they doing from 19th april 2013 till 10th may)
Secondly, they suggested an alternate product for which i have given the confirmationon 10th may itself. the tracking system doesnt show the updates.(what’s the use of tracking system when it doesnt track)
evry now and then when i call up to know the status i get to know that the product will be shipped in 2 to 3 days(tommorow never dies). its becoming a vicious cycle. its really bothering me. when the default is on their side why should i be bearing the cancellation charges?
thirdly there was one customer representative(name censored) was really rude and adamant.
