fraud from hospital aarogyam

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: navi mumbai&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: aarogyam hospital thane (e)</p>my name is somnath mhaske contact no.9022750599 i was admitted in aarogyam hospital on 13-12-2012, my bill was rs 2,62,000/- we had pay 2,00,000/- cash and they given 62,000/- discount which i submitted for claim reliance general insurance.but when investigation people gone to verify that time gave bil of rs 2,26,000/-
they are made fault and i am suffering without any reason.
hospital people giving reason our accountant change thats y pb happen but not giving in written and bcoz of that my claim rejected
i have all d documents and bill which i recived from hospital
i need ur help plz i am belonging middle class family and that money is very important for me for firther survive
