FRAUD FOR PRODUCT DLIVERY

I have placed my ordr on 30/4/2013 for the Tata Swach Smart Green. I t was mentioned it will be delivered within 48 hrs. But after 7 days also when I havent recived any calls from them I started calling their customer care no 1800 2585858 talked with 5 customer care executives by Mr. Akash Yadav, Mr. Niviruti Kamble, Miss. Riya and again Mr. Akash and then miss riya. They had generated 3 to 4 complain numbers 205647,207293 and 208862. But o revert call I recevied till now. First they told delay is from courier company, then told was not in stock, then told me my place is out of their service area and today they told me the order has been cancelled but no information about refund. But I haven’t cancelled the order. The service is to the extreme level of frustation and bad customer care executives are useless, no one doing any thing. A company like TATA chemicals doing such fraud is really paethetic. I have mailed my complain to [email protected] also for 2 times but no reply. It is extreme level of mental torture that these people are doing please do some thing
