With reference to the above written subject, this is Shreyans here.
I had changed my plan to combo 297 on 6th of April 2013, the plan had 500 mb of 3G data allocated. But since the inception of the plan I have not got any 3G data.
Upon calling 121 executives and visiting your relationship centers, I was told that 3G had been banned by TRAI for airtel in Kolkata from the 11th of April but since I got my plan on 6th april I will be able to receive 3G by latching onto vodafone. But the problem is that my phone cannot be registered on vodafone.
I told this to your executive then they gave me complaint number 50229558 and told me that the supreme court will give the decision on 9th may and I will be informed about the same on 9th.
On top of that they have the audacity to tell lies. They had called me 3 times and I had picked up the phone 2 times, the 3rd time i was in a meeting. They closed the case saying that I did not pick up the phone for 5 times.
I have been harassed for past one month. I need a solution quickly, otherwise I will have to change my service provider and take this court to consumer forums.
