Hi,
This is Saikat from Kolkata . I was booked air ticket form kolkata to Mumbai on 11/05/2013 at 8.30 AM through SpiceJet.Where Ticket No is NF2202026435699 Flight No – SG- 803 I was suppose to reach on 45 min before departure of flight at 7.45 AM. But due to traffic Jam and i was reached at 7.50 AM. when i was reached to counter for help to Customer Care Officer i was shocked that she deny to help me also tell me to cancel this ticket where it was so important to this fight and timing Bec my father was a heart patient I was suppose to admit him to hospital after reach to Mumbai..But due to missing this flight my father is in critical conditions and and his health has been deteriorate. So, as my mental conditions is not so good, So, as a customer i want to refund my full amount of money.immediate basis..also want to take a strong legal action against them so, that it should not be happens with no one customer same as me.
