Hi,

I Had taken tikona connection in Jan 2013 , paid Rs 3700 in advance for six month plan. The internet connection was not working since last 1 month, so I registered many complaints but in-spite of following up several times, I didn’t get proper service and proper response from them. I am staying at Hadapasar Pune. It’s hammering my works. They always made false commitments. Till this time no service engineer came to my home or given me alternate solutions for that always says it’s their network tower issue and it’s will be resolved as early but didn’t gave me commitment when it will be solved.

I have already lost an month without internet.I don’t want to wait any more time.

Please help me.
