3g balance Lapse

Name of company/service: Reliance

my data 3g sim number is 7827168398 . My balance was getting lapsed every time i recharge . Due to which i am not able to to use my internet. Every time i file a complaint with you guys you close it on next day but my balance is still not restored. I am struggling from last 4 days but no response from you at all. Litterelly worst customer service . I am strictly thinking of switching my 3g plan to some other company and will definately go to consumer forum against you guys. Its just a matter of 7 rupees and you guys cant evern handle that in 4 days. Very bad service
