Dear sir,
I have activated a std &local scheme in Aircel by dialing *123# in which they deducted 45rs and the scheme did not get activate.
After this i called customer care service & they informed me that the scheme is not valid now. The person who spoke to me on 13th June 2012 told me to visit nearby aircel store which would cost me atleast 65rs. I told them to give me the conveyance money. But the person wad rude & he blamed me by telling who told you to activate the scheme.
I told him that i just followed your companies number by dialing *123# then dialed 10 & there after 3,2 & finally 1 for activation. I followed all the instruction and even my money got deducted online but now he is blaming me. I asked him to refund me online but he just told no & disconnected the line. because of this I am mentally tensed & i have no other optiom because they are not ready to refund me online as well as not ready give conveyance money. please do me a favour as soon as possible. still they have not removed the scheme. you can check by dialing the above mentioned number.
