Recharged with VODAFONE 49 TRIAL PACK but did not get its facilities.

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

i recharged with VODAFONE 49 TRIAL PACK on my VODAFONE prepaid number 8588906813 but did not get its facilities.after talking with customer care he reasoned of technical fault.This pack have validity 7 days but two days lost due to technical fault.
