I Amit Soni purchase a postpaid data card for my personal use on dated 24th of Aug. 2011 and one of your executive named HARI (9811888272) came at my residence and he pitch me an new plan 399 rupees monthly rental plan in which i can use unlimited uses of 3G internet services because i am working with a cor prate company so i get convinced so i gave him an entail payment of 1500/- to him.
But after 2 days when i called customer care regarding about this services then i got to know that there is not any plan of 399 and my card is running on the 899 monthly rental plan with 3G services. and when i visited Vodafone store 2 times but they said that they are unable to help me so please tell me where i should go for justice.
