I have purchased a split 1.5 TON 2 star AC from N. R and company on dated 18-07-2012 but from last few months it was not working. I have registered the complaint three time & every time company technician came & demanding charges. if it is in under warranty then why they are demanding charges. They are saying you have to pay 5000/- then only we can solve your problem. Dealer is not treating good with us. I want to take strict action regarding service center.
