Regarding Refund of my amount

Just to give you a brief on the situation faced for the attached booking–

– There was a written confirmation from Travelguru (Jitwar Pujari) that I my parents will get a pick-up from the bus stop, however once Mr. Dilip Kr Maity reached bus-stop around 11AM (IST) on 24th Feb, 2013 & called-up for Pick-up; the hotelier said the car is waiting at Railway station No1. Gate No 5. After waiting for more than 1-hour my parents had to travel via auto to Railway station. Then there the driver was with some other passenger in the car and he arranged one Auto for pick-up by which they had to travel to hotel.
– The next story is more pathetic, I have booked 1 – 2 Bedded Economy Incl: Breakfast, Pick up & Drop to Airport/ Railway station. Dinner, Lunch with a whipping Rs. 22,132/- for 2-nights, however hotelier placed them in a tent!! When I had a conference call with Travel Guru Person (Uttam) & Hotelier Mr. Rajesh; Rajesh conveyed we have booked a tent, but in reality Uttam have booked a Hotel (PFA both the tickets for reference). In call when Uttam also told that he have booked a 2 Bedded Economy& not tent, the hotelier disagreed & ask for an proof & roared like if they are lying then they will refund. So, I have asked my Dad to take pictures, PFA the pictures as required.
– Finally when my Parents were checking out on 26th, they asked for food. And the person, who was in-charge, told “You need to wait till 2 PM to get a food”!! So, my parents had to come back without even having Lunch!!
– Then another 1.30 hrs they had to wait to get the Drop to Railway station.

Keeping the above things in mind, I expect to get my refund ASAP; while I am very frustrated waiting and waiting; hope you can help me out quickly without any further communication.

Even I had a discussion with Vinay to help; while we took this forward – he even got a response from Market Manager(Girjesh Singh) to refund the difference amount however your team did not respond to the email & the amount was not refunded after as many follow-ups and call.

I feel my parents been treated very badly by the Hoteliers and now by the Travel Guru person (Uttam and Vijay); hope to get my refund as soon as possible.
