This is to bring to your kind notice that Associated Road Carriers has charged us octroi entry tax charges in their receipt no. KM 561243 dated 09/05/2013. Also octroi entry tax management charges totaling to Rs. 265/- which is totally illegal as there is no octroi tax charged in the state of Goa. Also note that the consignment was handed over to them on 25th April 2013 as recorded in their way bill no. CST271304252151979 and the consignment reached to us on 9th May 2013. As a result of this delay, we lost our valued customer and also the anticipated long run business. Also the parcel received was in a wet and damaged condition.
