I am Rajbal Singh, customer of MTNL – AKSH IPTV (i-Control).

My customer id is 29544062. Since last 6 days my IPTV is not working. Atleast 30 times I have called on customer care number ”01141061111”. All the time I have got commitment that we have registered your complaint & it will be fixed by today itself.
But till the time this issue is not resolved & again I got one more commitment that it will be fixed by today. Since last 2 years I am using this connection and I face technical problem in IPTV very often. All the times I got very poor service from MTNL – AKSH IPTV (i-Control).
Please consider this as a formal escalation and fix the issue immediately. Also, one suggestion that after resolving the issue please give the call to customer so that he knows about closure of the issue.
