Charging for SMS even though scheme is activated

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I am using the Tata Docomo Prepaid service in mumbai circle. I had recharged for an sms plan of 6000 sms for 2 months. I am being charged Rs.1/sms after crossing 100sms/day. While the limit for sms as per supreme court order is 200sms/day. The site doesn’t mention the limit on the number of sms/day in the plan section. I tried to convey the same to customer care but they are redundant. I tried to register a complaint on the offical site of the service provider but it doesn’t allow me to do so due to some bug.
