Very High Bill Amount

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Matrix

Hi,

I purchased a matrix cell and was charged 40,000 INR with no previous intimation, As i understand there should be a high usage intimation to user. Also there should be a credit limit. But this came to me as a shocker a huge bill all of a sudden. Please help me.
