Denied flight tickets at Indigo and forced charges

I have a complaint to make against Indigo airlines and demand compensation, They denied me boarding tickets at airport and forced me to take flight nex day.They behaved indifferent and talked disrepectfully, and caused mental agony.

I had to travel from Indigo flight at 6:35 AM rom BLR to PATNA via kolkata, only direct fight in a day. Due to some passengers delaying the bus, I could not reach on time but at 5:55 AM. I rushed and talked to senior manager Indigo , Monesh, and asked if I could be let in for boarding,as this is the only flight I have, and there are no check-in baggages for me.He said the flight is closed.I requested 4-5 times this is one-off case and at least he can confirm from boarding site if it’s possible to let me in. He rudely said am the senior manager here nothing can be done.Let me remind you he already spent 5-7 minutes, without checking boarding status.When I requested again he checked on walkie-takie the boarding status, which was confirmed closed. One simple thing, he initially could have checked the status and asked to accomodate a passenger instead of wasting 10 mins , which ultimately resulted me with jus 25 mins for flight boarding. This was the only flight I could have taken. I requested him for a solution being a manager. This time he talked disrespectfully and said to go search for other flights or come next day. One full day waiting and the ill treatment I got is enough for mental agony.

With no options left, undergoing mental tension, I had to pay extra for next day flight with cancellation charges against my wishes.

I demand compensation from Indigo for all I had to pay extra that day,including travel to airport and returning, and also for mishandling the situation, behaving indifferent and causing mental agony to me. Rules are for better operations, not to create tension to customers. I had to pay 9432 extra for tickets, and travelling 510, total 9942, appox 10000. I am exluding breakfast, lunch and dinner charges.
