Inflating the bill/usage by 100%

Name of company/service: Airtel – Post paid mobile

Hi,
Greetings! Reference is made to my mobile phone # 9845167278 (Bangalore) and my usage for the date 07th may 2013, based on the call record maintained by myself and stored in the cell phone my usage for the 07 may 13 has been 16calls/units which amounts to Rs.10.20/-. This amount contradicts with the SMS alert provided by Airtel on daily usage. Airtel has inflated my billing for the described date by apprx 200% which in my opinion looting from vision impaired public and an atrocity on consumer. The customer care executive had no answer to justify their claim and hung up my call this morning. Having given to understand the ratio/proportion of erroneous billing, I insist on 50% deduction on the billed value.
