I have purchased a New lava androyed mobile model no.lava 349 on dated 02/04/13.After using the phone(23 days of purchase) i fill that my phone touch pad not working.Then i went to the service center(Connecting point,siliguri)along with mobile.As per service center my mobile phone was manufacturing defected and it will replaced soon.But several time i have communicate with my concern service center but still i can not get any responds or replacement from the company.so i am requested to take proper action or do the need full.
