Unfair Deduction

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

On 21st April i received a message from TA-MCCRBT, and the RefID is 15396429 and they deducted Rs. 30 (they said for activating Call Me Tunes), again i received another message saying that i’ve downloaded a song ‘Chupi Chupi Raat 2008’ and deducted Rs. 15. I never requested for this Call Me Tunes and my money was deducted without any reason. I want my money back! Please look into the matter and act fast.They deduct money from accounts of their customer by malpractice.
