Dear team,
I have closed my reliance data card connection no 9380885216 and paid all the dues even the 7 days of extra rental in Dec 12.Now all of a sudden i an being sent a daily around 4-6 threatening message by the reliance team and before that every day calls where i have alreday confirmed that there are no dues outstanding
When i visited their service centre @ chrompet on 6th MAy, they have confirmed that its a mistake @ their end but they wil have it corrected, but its still not being done and i am continuing to get SMS threatening that a demand notice is generated against me for amount of Rs 234.When i checked with the service officer if i have to pay this amount they said there are no dues for me
Its causing me a mental tension and i am afraid about these legal prosecutions.Please help…
